Got here late but the flavors that were left tasted great. Butter pecan and White truffle were delude. I come from SF where they do gourmet ice cream and this would beat them all

The Mrs was jonesing for a milkshake this evening. We were both disappointed with Mickey D's shakes last time. They are not as big as they were back in the day and they try to make up the difference with whipped cream. Wife had a job interview and the dogs and I waited for her in my truck. I started looking into the fairly new practice of whipped cream on top of milkshakes and much to my chagrin I found out that nearly all the fast food places now fetter their shakes with whipped cream and maraschino cherries . I had resigned myself to stopping at BK and suffering through one of those whipped cream monstrosities when lo and behold we noticed Brusters right next to BK !! The wiff ordered a regular size butter pecan shake. I decided to give my blood sugar a break and bowed out. While we were waiting, the girl who was serving us gave me 02 free "Doggy Bowls " each consisting of a half scoop of vanilla ice cream! Anyway, the dogz were overcome with joy and the Mrs. was very happy with her shake...rich, creamy sweet, good sized and it was served sans whipped cream! Shake cost me $5.06 tax included. A bit pricey but worth it. We'll be going back. The dogz told me so.

Delicious!! Lots of items and ice cream flavors to choose from. The "regular" size cone has 3 scoops of ice cream! I couldn't believe how big it was. Cashier was very friendly too.

This ice cream is just OK. I was excited to try "freshly" made ice cream and I even asked the guy helping us about it being made fresh every day, which he confirmed. And then he also explained that Bruster's calls their ice cream "real" because it has all natural ingredients and it is premium ice cream with the highest milk fat of any commercial ice cream. So, I was expecting something spectacular. Nope, not creamy-rich (and the cones seemed cheap without any flavor). Pretty disappointed. Then the kicker is when we got home and checked the ingredients on the website, I see that their ice cream is made from a base which has several ingredients common to mass-produced ice cream, which are known as additives (for example, Polysorbate 80, Mono & Diglycerides). Very disappointed in not only the ice cream itself but the marketing deception.

Went for some late night (8:50pm) ice cream treats knowing Bruster's is normally open until 10pm... "open" light was on but everything else was dark and closed up!

We are big fans of Brusters from our days living in Atlanta and we're pleased to be able to come back and visit in PCB. We've lived all over the country and like Oberweis in Chicago, Graeters in Cincinnati or Blue Bell in Texas, Brusters serves a great dish of ice cream. We visited twice this week and we tried several flavors but couldn't come close to the 20+ they carry. There are a few staple flavors and many that rotate. My favorite this week was the chocolate raspberry truffle. My wife wanted the Galaxy (like a Milky Way bar), but that was out of season. Cherry is in, but we didn't try it. Good portion sizes and one of the kids had a milk shake. Great visit, wish we could take some home, but ten hours back to Texas won't do it. We'll be back next time we visit PCB.

Delicious & great service! Very friendly! I couldn't believe how much ice cream they gave you! Huge scoops! They had a great selection of flavors! We will come back next time we are at Panama City Beach!

We went to Bruster's and it was really good ice cream. We got to try a couple different flavors first and I like them enough that I got three different kinds. I had the strawberry cheesecake, Key lime and Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. My favorite ended up being the chocolate. The person running it was really nice and spent awhile talking to us about the places to visit in PCB. My husband had the pumpkin and the chocolate buckeye and he says the pumpkin was amazing. It was great stop. Highly recommended.

Mediocre ice cream. Gourmet prices. If you're looking to spend this kind of money on local ice cream, head over to the Pink Pelican. Better service, flavors, and overall experience to be had there. Or, if you prefer some good chain ice cream at gourmet prices, head over to Kilwin's at Pier Park.
